Stage 1: The lot is made ready for slab placement all ground
plumbing and wiring are set and the foundation is placed.
Stage 2: This stage consists of framing of the interior walls,
exterior walls, and roof framing.
Stage 3: The builder will install all windows, exterior doors foam
insulation board, and complete all exterior carpentry.
Stage 4: To complete this stage the builder will install all of your
"rough" plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems as well as any
required cover up inspections.
Stage 5: This stage encompasses the exterior veneer
(brick/stone/stucco) as well as the installation of drywall on the
interior of your new PLH custom home.
Stage 6: Interior trim work is completed, interior doors are
installed and custom cabinets are built.
Stage 7: Interior of home is painted and counter tops and
showers installed.
Stage 8: The builder will complete the installation of electrical and
plumbing fixtures and will install the finished floorings (including
carpet)
Stage 9: The builder will create a punch list consisting of anything
and everything that needs attention so that the home meets
Philip Lane Homes' strict Quality Assurance Policies. The builder
will then see to it that every item on this punch list is completed.
Stage 10: Your new Philip Lane Homes custom home is now
complete. All that is left is closing and giving you the keys to your
new custom home by Philip Lane Homes, LLC.
