Philip Lane Ware, Partner and General Manager of Philip Lane Homes, Custom Builders brings more than 15 years experience in residential construction, business, and construction management to his company. He is a member of the Greater Houston Builders Assoc., National Assoc of Home Builders, Custom Builders Counsel, Better Business Bureau, Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce, Texas Assoc. of Builders and is a registered builder with the Texas Residential Construction Commission. Philip holds a BS degree in Psychology and Business from Lamar University, Beaumont, Texas.
Toni Ware
Toni Ware, partner and Head Designer for Philip Lane Homes, is an Allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and holds a B.S. degree in Interior Design from Lamar University, Beaumont, Texas. She brings an extensive knowledge of architectural design throughout history, and over ten years professional experience in interior and architectural design and construction materials management to the company.
